WVYB Olympic Band Schedule overview:
There are no Beginner, Junior or Concert sectionals or full band
rehearsals from Feb.10 to Feb.28.
Wednesday,
Feb 10 no Junior Band or percussion
sectionals
****Symphonic band arrive at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Centre Music
Hall to prepare for the torch arrival. EAT before arriving.
Full uniform with
hat. LOOK YOUR BEST. Clean shaven, long hair tied back (no
exceptions).
There is no parking
and all roads around the community centre will be closed.
Best drop off
location: 20th and Fulton (21st & 22nd
closed). The only doors open will be the Atrium doors.
It is understood
that O Canada must be memorized. Those who do not have it memorized will not
be permitted to perform.
Thursday, Feb.
11th all rehearsals cancelled due to security restrictions at
Community Centre.
