Note: For new members registering after September, please register online using the "pay by cheque" payment option - do not pay by credit card. You can then contact our administrator who will advise you as to what the pro-rated fee will be: administrator@westvanyouthband.ca

Privacy Policy: Respecting the privacy and security of band members' and donors’ personal information is important to us. Click here to review our policy.
Fees: Please review our Fees page. All fees, fee reductions, and additional amounts are shown. No refunds will be given after October 31st or 30 days after registration, whichever is later. There is an early bird discount of $50 for members registering before June 30.
Payment: There are two payment options: Credit card (one payment at time of registration) and Cheque (three payments post dated, see Fees Page for details). Those paying by cheque must mail in their post-dated cheques within ten days of registering online.
Registering On-Line: When you click on the registration link below, you will be directed to a secure sign-on page. If you are new to the band, choose "New User" at the bottom right of that page, otherwise log on with your existing username and password.
E-Mail: It is important that you provide a valid e-mail address in order to receive registration confirmation, payment receipt, and communication from the Band. Please set any e-mail filters to allow e-mail from: administrator@westvanyouthband.ca and contact@westvanyouthband.ca .
Multiple Family Members: If you are registering more than one member, you must register them one at a time. After posting the first member's registration, login again and register the second member.
Note: as you fill in the registration form details, the form will occasionally "refresh". When that occurs, just scroll back down and continue entering your information.
Society Membership: By enrolling your child in the band, you become a member of the West Vancouver Youth Band Society. There are certain expectations for both the musicians and their parents. Click here for an outline of these.
CAMP FORMS: Symphonic and Concert Band - Although registration is online, you must still complete camp release and conduct forms. These should be printed out, signed by parents, and mailed to us as soon as possible. Your registration will not be considered complete until these forms have been submitted.
